Philippians 3:2-4,7 For it isn’t the cutting of our bodies that makes us children of God; but it is the worshiping of God with our spirits. That is the only truth “circumcision.”
We Christians glory in what Christ Jesus has done for us and realize that we are helpless to save ourselves.
⁴ Yet if anyone ever had reason to hope that he could save himself, it would be I. If others could be saved by what they are, certainly I could!
⁷ Here apostle Paul said, but all these things the he once thought very worthwhile, now, he has thrown them all away so that he can put his full trust and hope in Christ alone.
Do you put all your trust and hope in Christ alone? Or do you put your trust in all man made creation we receive from our religious leaders? Amen.
